صدقہ فطر اور اسلام میں اس کی اہمیت

* صدقہِ فطر *


اسلام ایک بہت ہی پیارا اور سہل مذہب ہے۔ یہ اپنے ماننے والوں کو ایسی راہیں عطا کرتا ہے جس پر چل کر اس کی دنیا و آخرت دونوں سنور جائے نکھر جائے۔ اسلام کی ہر عبادت بندے کو خدا سے جوڑ دیتی ہے۔ اسلام کی ہر عبادت میں انسان کو اللہ کا قرب نصیب ہوتا ہے۔

یہ اللہ کی شان کریمی ہے کہ اس نے ہمارے لئے ایسے راستے پیدا فرمائے ہیں جن سے ہماری بخشش کا سامان ہوتا رہے اور ہماری عبادتوں کی تطہیر ہوتی رہے۔

Sadqa e fitar ( Charity):

Islam is a very sweet،pure , lovely and comfortable one religion.
It refers to those who follow their paths, and follow the world's , world and the Hereafter.
Every worship of Islam connects the slave to Allah. In the worship of Allah, the servant gives thanks to Allah.
It is a mercy to Allaah that he provided such paths for us. 
Those who have the goods of our forgiveness and their worship are implanted.
 Allah is Most Merciful over His servants.

* صدقہِ فطر کیا ہے ؟ *

رمضان المبارک کے روزے پورے ہونے کا شکرانہ ادا کرنا صدقہِ فطر کہلاتا ہے۔
صدقہِ فطر کی وجہ سے ہی اس عید کو عیدالفطر کہا جاتا ہے۔
اللہ تبارک وتعالیٰ کے نبی حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ایک آدمی کو مقرر کر کے مکہ مکرمہ میں اعلان کروایا کہ صدقہِ فطر ہر مسلمان مرد اور عورت، چھوٹا ہو یا بڑا، آزاد اور غلام سب پر واجب ہے۔ ( ابو داؤد) 
اگر کسی مسلمان نے رمضان المبارک کے روزے نہیں بھی رکھے تو بھی اس پر صدقہِ فطر واجب ہوتا ہے۔ صدقہِ فطر کی ادائیگی کے لیے روزہ شرط نہیں ہے۔ 
اس کی ادائیگی سے ضرورت مندوں کی ضروریات پوری ہوتی ہیں اور انسان کے حصے میں اجرو ثواب آتا ہے۔ معاشرے میں امن پیدا ہوتا ہے۔ اور دولت کی تقسیم کا عمل ہوتا ہے۔ 
روزے کے ساتھ ساتھ دولت کی تطہیر بھی ہوتی ہے۔

* What is Sadqa e fitar ?*

Islam is a very lovely and pure religion, It gives such people the path to which the world and the Hereafter should go and become sunnah.
 There is a love in Islam's worship that is not found by the followers of any other religion. 
Allah's blessing in every worship of Islam. 
Wisdom is hidden in every worship of Islam. 
Everything in Islam combines man to his Allah.
 It is a mercy to Allaah that he has made such ways smooth for us, which is a gift for us. The Lord of the Worlds also used to abstain from worship.

 Allah is truly merciful to his servants. He wants the worship of his servants to be thoroughly crossed to the Throne.

The(صدقہ فطر) charity is also the same worship of Islam .

Let us know that the charity is futile. 

how is it paid?

Who else is required to pay?

* What is Sadqa e fitar (charity)? *

Praise be to Allaah, giving thanks to the Ramadaan fasting, is called charity. 
This festival is called Eid al-Fitr due to charity.

The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), Muhammad (SAW) set a man and declared in Mecca,
That charity is obligatory on every Muslim male and female, small, and big person,free and slave.
 ( Abu Dawood)

If a Muslim does not fast Ramadan, then charity is obligatory on it.

The fasting is not fast for paying charity . 
This payment meets the needs of the needy and there is a reward for reward in human. 
Peace is established in the society, And there is a process of distribution of wealth and fasting was also the rule of wealth as well . 

* صدقہِ فطر کی حکمت * 

حدیث مبارک کا مفہوم ہے کہ۔۔۔۔
صدقہ فطر ادا کرو اس سے لغو باتوں کا کفارہ ہوتا ہے، اور یہ روزے کا صدقہ ہے روزے کا فدیہ ہے اس سے روزے کی تطہیر ہوتی ہے۔
فطرہ ادا کرنے کی دو حکمتیں ہیں
1۔ لغو باتوں کا کفارہ ہو جاتا ہے۔ روزوں میں کوئی کمی رہ گئی ہو تو وہ فطرانہ سے پوری ہو جاتی ہے۔
2۔ مستحقین کو ان کا حق مل جاتا ہے۔عید کی خوشیوں میں وہ بھی شامل ہو جاتے ہیں۔

 * The wisdom of charity *

Hadith is the meaning of Mubarak Pay charity, it would have been an expiation for unusual things,
And it is charity and ritual of fasting, it would have been fasting.
If there is a shortage in the fast, then the charity is fulfilled due to the futility. 
There are two strategies to pay attention. 

1. You should be cursed for things. Deserves its right. Poor people get the right. They also join Eid's happiness.

* صدقہ فطر کس پر واجب ہے؟ *

صدقہ فطر ہر مسلمان پر واجب ہے۔ فجر سے پہلے جو بچہ اس دنیا میں آجائے اس پر بھی فطرانہ واجب ہوتا ہے۔ 
جس نے صبح صادق پالی اس پر فطرانہ واجب ہوتا ہے۔
علماء کرام فرماتے ہیں جو بچہ ماں کے شکم میں ہو اس کا بھی فطرانہ نکال دینا چاہیے۔
فطرانہ ایک طرح سے آپ کی مصیبتوں اور پریشانیوں کو دور کرنے کا سبب بنتا ہے۔
اس عمل سے چونکہ ضرورت مندوں کی ضروریات پوری ہوتی ہیں اسلیے اس کی برکت سے بندوں کی مشکلات اور پریشانیاں بھی دور ہوتی ہیں۔
مالک نصاب پر صدقہ فطر واجب ہوتا ہے۔ گھر کا سر پرست تمام گھر والوں کا صدقہِ فطر ادا کرے جو اس کی سر پرستی میں ہیں۔
مجنوں اولاد بالغ ہو یا نا بالغ، والد اس کا فطرہ ادا کرے اگر والد حیات نہیں ہے تو پھر یہ ذمہ داری دادا پر عائد ہوتی ہے۔
 ماں پر فطرانہ ادا کرنے کی زمہ داری نہیں ہوتی لیکن اگر ماں صاحب حیثیت ہے تو ادا کر سکتی ہے اللہ اس کا اجر و ثواب عطا فرمائے گا۔

ہر فرد اپنا فطرہ خود بھی نکال سکتا ہے اگر وہ صاحب نصاب ہے اس کے پاس اتنا مال ہے کہ وہ فطرانہ ادا کر سکتا ہے تو پھر اپنا فطرہ خود ادا کرے اور ثواب کمائے۔

* What is obligatory on charity? *

The charity is obligatory on every Muslim.
It is obligatory that the child who is present in this world. Whoever is obliged to perform sincerity in the morning.
The scholars say that whatever is in the mother's womb is obligatory.
The spirit causes you to overcome your problems and problems in one way, Since the needs of the needy get fulfilled, the blessings and troubles of the person who are blessed are also far away.
Charity is obligatory on the master's curriculum.
The head of the house should pay attention to the underworld.
 The children are adolescent or adolescent, the father of children who pay attention to it.
If the father is not alive, then the grandfather's duty is to pay his attention.
It is not obligatory for a mother to pay fast but if she is a syllabus and pays fast, Allah will give him the best reward.
Each person can also get his own self.If a person is a syllabus and Allah has given him so much that he can take away his self, then he should give himself and earn reward.

* صدقہ فطر کے مستحقین *

فطرانہ انہی لوگوں کو دینا چاہیے جو زکوٰۃ کے مستحق ہوتے ہیں۔ مستحقین کو ڈھونڈ کر ان کا حق ان تک پہنچانے کی کوشش کی جائے۔

اپنے جائز مال کو جائز لوگوں تک پہنچائیں۔
انہیں ان کا حق پوری عزت اور اکرام کے ساتھ ادا کریں۔ آپ خوش قسمت ہیں کہ وہ آپ کے مال لینے کا وسیلہ بن رہے ہیں اور آپ اس لحاظ سے بھی خوش قسمت ہیں کہ اللہ تبارک وتعالیٰ نے آپ کو اس کام کے لیے چنا۔

رزق کی زمہ داری اللہ نے اپنے ذمہ لی ہے اور اس زمہ داری میں اللہ نے آپ کو حصہ دیا۔ یہ اس کی شان کریمی ہے۔ 

* مصارف صدقہ فطر *

صدقہ فطر کے مستحقین سب سے پہلے قریبی عزیز رشتہ دار ہیں۔
اپنے قریبی رشتہ داروں کو فطرانہ دینا اولی و افضل ہے۔
بھائی، بہن، بھانجا، بھانجی، بھتیجا، بھتیجی، پھوپھی، خالہ، ماموں، سوتیلے ماں باپ، ساس سسر، سالہ سالی، اگر زکوٰۃ کے مستحق ہیں تو فطرانہ انہیں دیا جا سکتا ہے۔
فطرانہ براہ راست مسجد میں نہیں دے سکتے کسی کو مالک بنانا ہوگا ۔ 
صدقہ فطر ہوتا ہی اسی لئے ہے کہ نادار اور غریب لوگ بھی عید کی خوشیوں میں شامل ہو سکیں۔
عید کے دن کم از کم کسی کے لبوں پر کوئی شکایت نہ ہو، کسی کے گھر کا چولھا بند نہ رہے۔کسی کے بدن پر پرانا لباس نہ ہو، سب کے چہروں پر مسکراہٹیں رقصاں ہوں۔صدقہ فطر کی وجہ سے ہی اس عید کو عیدالفطر کا نام دیا گیا ہے۔

* Charity futile people *

Fitr should be given to those who are entitled to Zakat.
Find the deserved people and get them their goods.
Reach your legitimate and lawful earnings to the right people.
Pay them their property with full respect and honor.
You are fortunate that they are making the means to get your goods.
And you are also fortunate in that Allah chose you for this work.It is the responsibility of Allah Almighty to take care of Himself in the matter of His provision.
Allah is giving you resources in the distribution of sustenance, it is honorable for slaves.
We should thank Allah, that he gave us the opportunity to serve it........ 
The charity is the first relative to be entitled to Fitr.It is fast to pay attention to your close relatives. It is permissible to give relatives whose zakaat is permissible۔
Such as brother, sister, and his her son's, doughter,  nephew, mother in law, father in law, brother in law, sister in law.
Anyone who can not do it directly in the mosque will have to make it own۔
It is because of the fact that on the Day of Eid, no poor people are deprived of the poor .
Do not shut down a poor stove.
Do not wear old clothes on anyone's body.
Do not complain to anyone's lips Smiles are dance on everyone's faces.
 Everyone thanked Allah, Because of this, this festival is called Eid al-Fitr.

* صدقہ فطر کی ادائیگی کا وقت *

صدقہ فطر کب ادا کرنا چاہیے؟

صدقہ فطر کی ادائیگی کا صحیح وقت شوال کے چاند کے بعد اور عید کی نماز سے پہلے کا ہے۔
صدقہ فطر عید کی نماز سے پہلے پہلے ادا کر دینا چاہیے۔
جس نے عید کی نماز کے بعد ادا کیا وہ صدقہِ فطر نہ ہوا وہ صرف صدقہ ہوا اسے صرف صدقے کا ثواب ملے گا فطرانہ کے ثواب سے محروم رہے گا۔ اور جب اللہ تعالٰی نے عبادات کی ادائیگی کے لیے اوقات مقرر کئے ہیں تو ان اوقات کا خیال رکھتے ہوئے ادا کیا جائے تاکہ عبادت کی اصل روح حاصل ہو اور ہماری عبادتیں اللہ کی بارگاہ میں قبولیت پا جائیں۔

جس نے عید کی نماز سے پہلے صدقہِ فطر ادا کیا تو یہ زکوٰۃ مقبولہ ہے اور جس نے عید کی نماز کے بعد ادا کیا تو یہ صدقوں میں سے ایک صدقہ ہے۔ (بیہقی)

حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم شوال کا چاند دیکھنے کے بعد صدقہ فطر ادا فرماتے تھے۔

* Charity payment time *

When should charity be paid? 

The right time for paying charity fasts is after the Shawl moon and before the Eid prayer.
The charity should be paid before the Fitr prayer.
The one who paid fasts before the 'Eid prayer, he paid charity fitr and it was Zakat popular, and whoever paid after the 'Eid prayer, it was not fatal, it was a general charity, he would not get the reward of Fitrah.
Allaah has set times for the right payment of worship, We should consider the times that our worship is popular in Allah's sight.
Performing the worship at the time of worship is the real spirit of worship only.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to pay fatal after seeing the moon of Shawl ۔

* صدقہ فطر ادا نہ کیا جائے تو کیا ہوتا ہے *

 حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے کہ۔۔۔۔
" اگر صدقہ فطر ادا نہ کیا جائے تو بندے کا روزہ زمین وآسمان کے درمیان معلق یعنی لٹکا رہتا ہے"

روزے کی قبولیت کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ فطرانہ ادا کیا جائے اور روزے کی تطہیر کی جائے۔

اللہ تبارک وتعالیٰ چاہتا ہے کہ بندوں کی عبادات پاکیزہ ہو کر عرش پر چڑھے۔ اللہ بندوں کی عبادات پر فرشتوں سے فخر فرماتا ہے۔

*What happens when the charity is not paid?*

 The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 

Anas ibn Malik (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: 

"If the charity is not paid for the fasting, the fasting of the slave is bound between the earth and the sky."
It is necessary for fasting and adherence to fasting.
Allah wants the Worship to be cleansed and cross the Throne .
The worship of such worship is very high in Allah's sight.
Allah will be proud of the angels.

* صدقہ فطر کیوں واجب کیا گیا؟ *

امام اعظم ابو حنیفہ رحمہ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں 

"کہ اللہ نے بندوں پر صدقہ فطر اس لیے واجب کیا کہ رزق کی جو ذمہ داری اللہ نے اپنے اوپر لی ہے اللہ اس ذمہ داری کو بندوں کے ذریعے سے پوری کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ 

اللہ تبارک وتعالیٰ تمہیں کسی کے لئے وسیلہ بنا کر تمہیں اجر و ثواب سے نوازنا چاہتا ہے۔"

اللہ تبارک وتعالیٰ نے کسی کے حصّے کا رزق تمہارے ہاتھوں لکھا ہے۔ 
اور وہ چاہتا ہے کہ خوشی کے اس موقع پر کوئی خوشیوں سے محروم نہ رہے۔ عید کی خوشیوں میں سب برابر کے شامل ہوں۔

* Why is charity obligatory? *

Imam  Azam Abu Hanifa says,

"Allaah has obliged the charity for the purpose of the provision of sustenance that Allah has taken upon Him, He wants to fulfill this world through His servants. Allah wants you to reward you by means of any means for you. He wrote somebody's share of your hands۔"

Allah wants that there is nothing left on this occasion of happiness.
All of them are equally co-partners in Eid's happiness.

* کن لوگوں کو فطرانہ نہیں دیا جاسکتا *

ماں باپ، دادا دادی، نانا نانی، بیٹا بیٹی، پوتا پوتی، نواسہ نواسی، شوہر بیوی کو اور بیوی شوہر کو، فطرہ نہیں دے سکتے، خاندان میں سید ہو تو سید کو فطرانہ نہیں دے سکتے۔

 * They could not afford charity * 

parents, Grandpa Grandma, Granny, Son, Daughter, Grandson , Grand daughter.
 The husband may not give charity to the wife , And the wife can not give her husband .
It is not charity for the family to be Syed.

* قرآن میں صدقہ فطر کا ذکر *

قرآن میں صدقات کے لئے گندم، چاول، گیہوں، جو اور کھجور کا ذکر ہوا ہے کیونکہ یہ عربوں کی مرغوب ترین غذائیں تھیں اور صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ علیہم اجمعین انہی چیزوں کا صدقہ اور فطرانہ ادا کرتے تھے۔
انسان کی ضروریات انہی سے پوری ہوتی ہیں گندم انسان کی قیامت تک کی ضرورت ہے۔ 
فطرانہ انہی اشیاء میں سے دینا ہوتا ہے جو آپ اپنی روزمرہ زندگی میں استعمال کرتے ہیں اگر کوئی گندم کا فطرہ دینا چاہتا ہے تو اس کو اسی گندم سے فطرے کا حساب نکالنا ہوگا جس قیمت کا گندم وہ اپنی روز مرہ زندگی میں استعمال کرتا ہے۔ ایسا نہ ہو کہ خود تو مہنگے والا گندم استعمال کرتا ہو اور فطرانہ کے لیے ہلکی قیمت والے گندم کا حساب لگائے۔ اللہ کی راہ میں ہمیشہ بہترین چیز پیش کرو۔ یہ ایک قرض حسنہ ہوتا ہے جو اللہ بندوں کو بڑھا چڑھا کر واپس کرتا ہے۔ 

قرآن کریم میں گندم کا تزکرہ آیا ہے اس کی دو حکمتیں بتائی جاتی ہیں۔

1 ۔ دینے والے کے لیے آسانی ہو۔ اور دوسروں کی ضرورت بھی پوری ہو جائے۔

2 ۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے پیسوں کا تزکرہ نہیں کیا۔ اللہ نے گندم کو بیان فرمایا تاکہ ہر دور کے لوگ گندم کی قیمت کے حساب سے فطرہ ادا کریں۔
معیار مقرر کرنے کے لیے اللہ نے گندم کو چنا۔ گندم کو پیمانہ بنایا۔

فصل کی کٹائی کے بعد اس کا عشر نکلتا ہے۔ 
قرآن کہتا ہے
جب کھیتی کٹے گی اس میں اللہ کا حق نکال کر رکھو۔ کھیتی پر اللہ کا حق ہے۔
اگر فصل بارش کے پانی سے سیراب ہوئی ہے تو دسواں حصہ۔ اگر فصل ٹیوب ویل سے سیراب ہوئی ہے تو بیسواں حصہ۔
گندم کی فصل ہے تو گندم کا عشر گندم سے ہی نکالنا ہوگا۔ 

* The Qur'an mentions charity.*

Wheat rice and palm have been mentioned for the times in the Quran. Because it was the nutritious diet of Arab people .

The companions used to pay charity and charity with these things .
The needs of human life are fulfilled by these things .
Wheat grains are essential for the human being till the end.

To pay for free you will get an account that you use for daily basis.
Always present the best thing in God's way.
 This is a loan that Allah gives back to His servants.

Quran refers to wheat Two tips are described. 

1. The charity fosterer is easy and the other needs to be fulfilled.

2. Secondly, Allah did not mention the money Rather, quality of wheat ,People of every round pay charity as per the price of wheat.

Allah chose wheat to set the quality. 

Make a measure of paying food to wheat. Its harvest comes out after harvesting .
The Qur'an says.
 Allah has the right to cultivate When harvesting, then take away the right of Allah. 
The thing that the crop is sowing is also the same If the crop is rainy with rain water, the tenth part ,And if the tube is rolled out, then the twelfth part will have to be given in the way of Allah.
 It is Allah's decision and can not change it.

* مقدار صدقہ فطر *

صدقہ فطر کی مقدار کم از کم ڈھائی کلو اناج اور گندم کی مقدار ہے اور اگر اللہ نے کسی کو بہت زیادہ نوازا ہے تو وہ اس سے زیادہ بھی دے سکتا ہے۔
جتنا زیادہ دینا چاہیں وہ افضل ہے قرآن میں اس کا تذکرہ موجود ہے۔
" پھر جو اپنی خوشی سے فدیہ کی مقدار بڑھا کر زیادہ نیکی کرے تو یہ اس کے لئے بہتر ہے"
( سورہ البقرہ۔۔۔ 184)

اللہ نے جن کے  رزق میں کشادگی، وسعت و برکت عطا کی ہے وہ اپنے معیار کو پیش نظر رکھ کر فطرانہ ادا کریں۔

اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان ہے۔

" تم جو بھی نیکی اللہ کی راہ میں بھیجو گے اسے اللہ کے ہاں موجود پاؤ گے"
صدقہ فطر کی شرعی مقدار ایک صاع ہے اور ایک صاع ڈھائی کلو کے برابر ہوتا ہے۔
جس چیز پر بھی آپ فطرہ نکالیں گے وہ ڈھائی کلو کے حساب سے نکالیں گے۔

* Charity diet curriculum *

The amount of charity is at least 2.5 kilograms of wheat or the amount of grain.
 If Allah has given you then you can give more.
The more you want to give it is better.
 In the Qur'an  Allah says ,

"Then who increases the amount of rendering with pleasure, makes it more good, it is better for him."

Allah says ,

"Whatever good deeds you send in the way of Allah will be seen in the presence of Allah."

Charity feeding method is 2.5 kg wheat.
The price of wheat 2.5 kilograms will be the charity of a servant If you want, you can donate wheat and you can donate money.
